You posted this up for critique in the thread I made in the forums.
I'll do my best to give you some tips on how to improve this picture and things to consider when doing shots like this <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/> Also, don't mind the stars so much, they aren't important.

It is a very nice capture of a beautiful smile. Things you should be very careful with is editing focus areas with pixel destroying tool, like cloning and such.
For this image any editing to her eyes and smile becomes very obvious and can look "fake" very fast. I'd recommend you to do editing like this in different layers in PS and use a softbrush as well, this will allow you to alter spesific parts with a gentle precision.

I do really like the image and I think you should go back to editing this image from scrath once you've learned more tricks in camera raw and photoshop, because it's a really gorgeous capture.

hope this was helpful <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/>
